If you are having trouble logging in to the website, try these steps:

Select "Member Login" in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your username and password to login. If successful, skip the remaining steps.

If you forgot your username or password, select the "Forgot My Username/Password" button.

Enter your email address and first name.

Your username and temporary password will be emailed to you.

Follow the instructions in the email and select "Member Login" again to enter your username & temporary password.

You will be asked to change your temporary password. The new password must have a minimum length of 12 characters and have at least one each of a lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number, and symbol.

Write down your new password and keep it in a safe place.
Other helpful tips:

If you don't receive the email in step 5, check your spam folder.

When entering your login name & password, leave the "Remember me on this computer" box unchecked for now. You can always recheck it later for login convenience. Never check the box if you are on a public computer.

If you are still having trouble logging in, try clearing your browser history or try a different browser.

If you received a renewal notice by email, just follow the instructions there to pay conveniently by credit card.
If you are missing the renewal notice email, try these steps:
- Select "Member Login" in the top right corner of the page.
- Enter your username and password to login.
- If the website immediately directs you to renew, follow those instructions and skip steps 4 & 5.
- Select your name in the top right corner and a drop down menu will display.
- Select Renew and follow the instructions displayed.
If you still cannot renew by the methods above, mail a check and we will handle the renewal for you. Dues are $30 for individual and $50 per couple. For couples, please include both names on the check.

How do I change my personal information?
To change your personal information, follow these steps:
- Login if you are not already logged in.
- Select your name in the upper right hand corner.
- Select Profile from the drop down menu under your name.
- Select the 'Basic Member Information' box to change your name, address, email, phone, etc.
- Select the 'User Name / Password' box to change your user name or password.
- When changing any information, be sure to select the Save button at the bottom of the page to finalize your changes.
